Important Tracking Information

• Tracking Availability: Tracking information will only be provided after the carrier scans the order.
• If you receive tracking details but cannot track the shipment, please allow a few extra days for updates, as the carrier may take longer than 72 hours to process the order.

Example Timeline:

1. Order Date: October 3
2. Production Completion:
   • If production takes 3 days: October 6
   • If production takes 5 days: October 8
3. Pre-Ship Flight:
   • If pre-ship takes 2 days: Departure on October 10, Arrival by October 12
   • If pre-ship takes 4 days: Departure on October 10, Arrival by October 14
4. Carrier Acceptance & Scanning: October 13 (if accepted on October 10)
5. Tracking Information Provided: After October 13
6. Expected Delivery (Domestic):
   • Earliest: October 16
   • Latest: October 23
7. Expected Delivery (International):
   • Earliest: October 19
   • Latest: November 2

Important Notes:

• All durations are calculated in working days and do not include weekends.
• The production time for a custom embroidered shirt is 3-5 working days, excluding weekends.
• The time for the pre-ship flight is estimated at 2-4 working days, excluding weekends.
• Carriers typically take up to 72 hours to scan and accept orders, calculated in working days.
• Shipping Times:
  • For orders within the USA: 7-10 working days, depending on the destination.
  • For orders outside the USA: 9-15 working days, depending on the destination.
• If you experience delays in tracking updates after receiving tracking information, please be patient as the carrier may need additional time for processing.

Please note that the shipping time may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance and peak holiday seasons. 1. DELIVERY LOCATION: We offer delivery to over 40 countries. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery to international destinations, and delivery standards vary by country.
2. DELIVERY TIME: An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-4 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday. Please note we do not ship on weekends.

The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

• SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped. There is no sales tax charged to United States customers.
